Copying NRU

i've been trying to copy all the info in my icsrt to an external hard drive and then to another laptop. the software is copied however none of the customers info travels with it. i've tried copying the path with no success also. has anyone had done this ??????

What I've done before for NRU 11.0, is to install it and then copy across the "CustomerInfo.mdb" file that is located in the "DB" folder.

If it's working, then leave it alone!.

Best to backup needed files, re-install onto new platform properly,paste your file where they belong.....I have had no issue this way.

Backup:
-Copy the CustomerInfo file under ICSRT/DB
-Copy your maps in case you added one or two.
-Copy any client backups if they reside in the ICSRT folder.

what software is best to open mdb. files

Microsoft's Access Point

Comes with MS Office CD but installing it is an option.

You can find some viewers/editors etc online but risky sometimes.
