A Happy New Year to you all

I have a Word 2000 table of 4 columns (A,B,C,D) with a formula in column D which adds the entries in columns A-C. Having typed in the formula into cell D1 I now want to copy it into cell D2, D3, D4, etc - is there a way of copying the formula from one cell to another without having to retype the cell references ie as in Excel?

Many thanks

Not as easily as Excel. What you can do is insert the first formula, go to the next cell, Press CTRL/y and next cell and CTRL/y until done. If the results dont show up as expected, while in the table press CTRL/a and then press F9. -Radix lecti
