Copying Announcements from 3rd party

Can anyone suggest how I can convert these files over to the proper format in order to get them copied?

Failed to copy 1001_ClosedHrs.wav from VAL board Venus_Audix:01A15. 10.1.1.23: validateAudioFileType: , because its compression code is '1', which is not a-Law (6) or Mu-Law (7)

open the .wav file in the windows sound recorder (assuming your desktop is a windows box) and save as with a format of CCITT u-Law, 8kHz, 8bit mono

you can then upload it to the VAL.

i know how to put and get announcement in Tn2501, but how to backup in S8300? only backup in web(192.11.13.6)? i want put a existing announcement to S8300, who can help me? thanks!
