copying and synchronising folders

Hi I have a user that travels between 2 offices - manchester and london - my PDC is in manchester and my BDC is in london - my users folder is on the PDC - is it possible to copy his folder to the BDC and have it synchronise daily - this is to speed up access for the user whilst in the london office - both servers NT4 and on the same domain connected via a VPN tunnel each behind a watchguard firebox

If Admin has access to folder, use xcopy /s and AT scheduler.

Or Xcopy /S /D. This will only copied changed or new files.
