Hi, I'm currently changing some profiles in our LAN. The billing lady has been using the adminstrator account. I created her a new account l/p. No problem. Now I want all her previous prefernces, desktop as well as installed applications and startup ect...as when she would login using Administrator account.
Thanks

Hello,

You could copy and rename the administrator profile to her new account. If you browse to C:\Documents and Settings you will see a folder for each local account, the names will be the same. Just create the copied folder and then create her new account. When she logs on it use the new folder matching her account.
