Copy project on another computer

I have made copy my project on another computer.
When has started the project, has received the message for
" run-time error ". It to occur when is executed
Filter which runs on another computer and it
are true.
What it is possible to make in this case?

second..

the computer where you have installed, what is the platform? is it win 95, 98 or 9x..
