I have a spreadsheet (Excel 2002) which has many worksheets. Each worksheet has some individual print layout settings, while all sheets have a common page/print layout, such as incorporating information in the footer showing the worksheet name.

How can I copy these print layouts for the whole file and paste it into another file with the same worksheets?

Hi cricket:

How about saving the workbook of interest by another name at the desired location! ... would this work for you?

Hi,

Consider making a macro and storing it in your Personal Macro Workbook so that it will be available for any workbook.

If you select multiple sheets, any page formating you do, will be assigned to each selected sheet.

I receive the file each month from a third party, and I like to have my own personalised print style. Hence the idea of pasting a print layout, from a previous file I print formatted earlier, is attractive.
