Copy Folder with Permissions?? Anyone??

Windows 2000 Advanced Server-I am trying to copy a folder and all the subfolders within it with all the user permissions intact. I am migrating this data and will be putting it into an active passive cluster enviornment, and I need these folders in it.

Anyone have any ideas.

ROBOCOPY from the resource kit will do that for you. I have used it for copying a file share from one server to another.
