copy Excel to Word

Hello all!!

When I copy the MSExcel graph to MSWord, sometimes the graph is as the state of picture, but sometimes which is in excel form (i.e. when I double click the graph in word, I can do the same as in excel).

But I don't know why. so, I want to know how to copy as Excel, a it will more convinent for me to correct.
