Copy and paste form data to Excel

Can anyone give me clue how I might code the 'copy and paste' elements for the following procedure?

Open instance of excel
For subform 1 to n
Open subform
Select and copy subform data to clipboard
Paste data into next free excel Sheet rows
Close subform
Next subform

Close instance of excel
