I have a newsletter that was created in MS Word.
I have to submit it as Copy and paste in outlook
(no attachments). The problem is in Word I have it Configured in two separate columns. When I copy and paste it Outlook it makes it all one page. Is this a question for the MS Word forum?

Thanks

Here's what I have done: before pasting, go to Format/Columns and set for the same number of columns. Then just do a paste, and it should paste it ok.

I have Outlook set up to use Word as my email editor. Plus, they have to View it in Print Layout, but the message should default to that view when they open it.

Thanks,
That worked great! One quick question
Is there a way to have the column start 1/4 the way
Down the page? I have a title header
That I need to have centered across the
Top of the page.

Thank you

The easiest way I can think of is to put your title on the page, then a section break, then format for your columns after the section break. I've never had to do that, though, so there may be an easier way. Your title header won't really be a header, strictly speaking, but it will look the same.
