Cookies problem

I am using Win Xp Pro,
so i am unable to acces some online radio sites as my cookies are not enabled.... but after i have set to be enabled i am still getting the same error prompt.....

can you please tell me how to rectify this problem....

and it would be great if i could get a step-by-step procedure....

In Internet Explorer, click on Tools, Internet Options, and then the Privacy tab.

Click the "Advanced" button, checkmark the top box to overide automatic cookie settings. Set the left box below to allow. Set the third-party to Prompt or Block. Checkmark the bottom box to always allow session cookies.

Apply the settings. Exit IE. Restart IE.

 
no man that's what i did and still i was getting error for firewall
what to do
i have even disabled firewall for this purpose
please help
