Converting reports from version 9 to 8.5

I need to convert a group of reports from version 9 to 8.5.

Unfortunately, I think the only way you can do this is by rebuilding them in 8.5. The file format was changed to Unicode starting in version 9 and once they are in that format, you cannot reopen them in 8.5.

Can Version Reports be view some how in a 8.5 crystal viewer?
