Could some kind soul tell me how to make a Quark file readable by Illustrator?

-Jeff Mach

Hi Jeff,

Just go to File > Save as EPS. You would be able to view the document in Illustrator.

Hope this information is helpful.

Yep... try saving the file as EPS. This format is recognised by a majority of aplications including Illustrator.

Hope this helps.

Regards,
TechLeo

Save the file as an eps file and then open in Illustrator.
To eliminate a future headache at your printer - - convert all your type into outlines and save. But remember if you need to make a type change to this file later, go back to your quark file and make the change - - save as eps and to the process all over again. If you want your printer to make the change, they'll change for extra time.
