Converting Hexa or Dec IPUI in octal

Hi,
with the thread in reference, i know how to convert a decimal ipui in hexadecimal.
Personnaly, I need to convert it in Octal for an old PABX system.
I just know it must be 14 digits long but not the lenght of each part (manufacturer and serial number) and if it needs to have the checksum at the end.
Someone could help?
