CONVERTING FORM CLIPPER

I have 2 aplication in clipper
and now i want 1 of them to build in VFP.
The problem, i can't use the table and index from clipper in vfp. The table and index must be can use in two aplication in clipper and VFP.

Can you help me ?
Give me solution ?
