I would like to convert XBase++ DBF files to SQL. What is the easiest way?

If you have the odbc drivers installed for Xbase you can directly import into SQL Server which would be the easiest way.

If not Microsoft Access might have the dbf drivers and can import the data, and you can then upsize to sql.

Is there a good utility that will convert dbf to sql?
