Does anyone know how to convert Time format to decimal format?

Is there an easy to convert 42h51 to 42.85?
 
Is there an easy to convert 42h51 to 42.85 using MS Excel?
 
or, if you haven't got it in a cell, then:

=TIMEVALUE("42:51")*24
