convert text file to csv file

Hi.
The following link:
has a small DOS program called txt2csv. I haven't tried it therefore take no responsibility for its outcome. Be sure to work with a copy of the data.
Otherwise, if the text file is TAB or SPACE delimited, you can easily open the file with MS Excel, go through the 'conversion' screens and finish up with your information in an Excel worksheet. Then simply SAVE AS and choose CSV format.
