Convert Quicktime movies to a Windows Media

Is there a way to convert Quicktime movies to a Windows Media Player in Quicktime Pro? If not, is there a reasonably priced program for Macs that can do it?

You havta use QT Pro. to change it an AVI. And find someone with a MovieMaker on Windows to do the conversion. Dont think that there are any programs for mac that will do that.
