Convert From Frontpage 2000 To CF

No, not really. Frontpage is mainly an html editor, so if they are standard .html pages then there would be no need for conversion. If they are .asp or something else, then that would be proprietary to the server and in that case, it wouldn't convert over to CF.
You might want to look at the new Dreamweaver MX -- you might be able to rebuild it faster using that.
