Is there any way to move EM recordings (application greetings) to a basic voice mail? I am installing a 5000 version 5.1.0.21 with a HX Controller.

I don't think there ever was a migration path from EM to BVM/UVM, although this may have changed more recently so you might want to check with Tech Support.
