I advise against it! It's more work and more hassle than it's worth! Novell is a superior NOS.
I'm thinking that if you're asking this question in a Windows group that you're likely going to hear people say you SHOULD migrate. I would be one of them. We migrate firms all of the time from Novell/GroupWise to Windows/Exchange.

You need to think about the business reasons for doing this, what will a windows environment give you that a Novell environmrnt won't and will this be a benefit to your business?
When you say Novell I assume you mean Netware, what version of Netware are you running? Would you maybe get the business beneifts you need from upgrading to a newer version of Netware and/or Zenworks?
