I have found myself in the unusual circumstance of having to convert my Access 2000 database to Access 97.

I have created the entire database in Access 2000, including approx. 20 or so tables and several detailed forms, queries and reports with associated VB code.

How would I go about, and what problems might I encounter trying to convert this Access 2000 database to Access 97.

Thanks in advance.

Hi!

Menu bar: Tools;Database utilities;Convert database; To prior databases version...

That's exactly how you do it. The only problems that I have ever had with it is that you get a prompt when opening it in Access97 telling you that you need to re-compile your code. Which is easy enough if you know how to use the VB editor.
