When handling a call, the CVIS (7.0) is setting the UUI with personal data. Then a route request is sent to Cisco's ICM, but it looks like the ICM is using another encoding format and so can not get the correct UUI.
Does anybody have an idea on how to "translate" beforehand the data on the Conversant before setting the UUI (or on Cisco's ICM by any chance) ?
Did I miss some parameter somewhere ?
