On a Conversant 8, Avaya IVR Designer 5.1.1 (formerly voice @ works), has anyone used the external CTI functions?
I know we have the ASAI enabled and the IVR is connected to it (to get ANI, DNIS), but I'm not sure if we can use CTI functions or do we have to buy something extra?
The functions I'm looking to use are: CTICallInfo and CTIPrivData.
