Can someone setup a FAQ or answer here, and I'll get credit for it...

Basically I have a inhouse team who gets their own phone bill, but right now all calls outbound from our PBX go out the PRI unless the PRI is down.

Pointers or help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks
Tim

Set up a trunk group for just that group. Setup a route pattern to use that trunk group and assign a cor to the group that has access to only that trunk group

I think what Bobg1 is suggesting is ARS partitioning.

You specify the partition to be used per COR. For example, you create a COR for partition 2. Now, all users you assign that new COR to, will use partion 2 in your partition-route-table to choose their routes.

Check your customer options to see if you have AAR/ARS partitioning turned on.

The trunk-group is setup as trunk-group 4. The COR of the trunk-group 4 is COR 4. Route-pattern 10 is setup with preference of 1 using trunk-group 4, preference of 2 for trunk-group 5. FRL is set to 4 (?). COR 4 has a FRL of 4. COR 4 does not have access to call COR 82 and 83 (the other trunks COR's).

When I make outbound calls from my phone (COR 4) I still see the name of the unwanted trunk on my display and "ARS". What am I missing here ?
