Control Unit Reboots spiratically

IP Office 6.0(8) rebooting intermitetly with no seeming pattern. The system Audit Trail logs System Reboot, Cold Start, Success everytime. I have this control unit on a UPS power supply. I checked the UPS logs and there are no power fluctuations occuring during these random reboot events.

How can I check to see if the power supply is about to fail? Or what other troubleshooting can I do to check this out? All comments very welcome!
