Control Unit Reboots spiratically

IP Office 6.0(8) rebooting intermitetly with no seeming pattern. The system Audit Trail logs System Reboot, Cold Start, Success everytime. I have this control unit on a UPS power supply. I checked the UPS logs and there are no power fluctuations occuring during these random reboot events.

How can I check to see if the power supply is about to fail? Or what other troubleshooting can I do to check this out? All comments very welcome!

Run a monitor trace and post it here when it did reboot.

Yes, that is what i mean.
You can let it write a file for every hour or so.

I would suggest its one of the current list of bugs for system reboots on 6.0.8

It is a IPO 500 about 1 year old.

Yes we do alot of parked calls daily. But the reboot only occurs every few days.

Doesn't matter if he has as they have messed up the CQ page, I just checked and half the CQ's for 6.0.8 are gone and none mention rebbots now :-)

Thanks - I wil tryt o keep my eye out for the updated CQ page. I nthe meantime I am running a trace and I will have to wait for the reboot to occur.

OK it took a while but I have finally logged my system rebooting. Audit Trail says August 30, 2010 8:45:54 SYstem Reboot Cold Start Success 6.0.(8) -- I have posted my log file, Sorry it is so big but I could not figure out what may help from it, the problem occurred near the end of the file.

Avaya won't even look at the traces if you are not running the latest release

Better upgrade to 6.0.14

CQ40227|System restart on call park attempt on 6.0.8
CQ43317|IP 500 v6.0.8 Core restart when SIP and IP Phones in state of Registration Request
CQ43319|System restart when IP Endpoint sends URQ without any IP Endpoint info.
CQ99935|CCBS Request causing IP500 to restart
