What companies out there have good content switches? To be more specific, I am looking for a device that allows incoming connections to point at 1 IP address, but that data actually gets load balanced across multiple servers based on the server load at the time and also provides failover to the servers that are still up should any of the servers fail. Any input/ideas would be most appreciated.

Thanks!

Not sure but foundary had a good switch called a Server Iron that did layer 4 switching.
