I having an issue with my contact store web browser. It seems like every day or two the web browser interface stops responding, although system status shows the calls as being recorded. I've got VMpro, one-X and Contact store all running on a Windows server 2008 system. Once the web browser stops working I have to uninstall and reinstall contact store. The one-x and voicemail pro are unaffected, only contact store dies.
I've tried to do a restart of the CS service, no effect.
I've done a 'repair' of the CS installation, no effect.
I've done a reboot of the server, no effect.
I remove and install CS, the web browser works again, all my call data is still there and my users still exist.
Any suggestions on how to resolve this?
