I have been searching Avaya support downloads, Marketingtools and everywhere else I can think of to download Contact Store 7.2.09.
According to the documentation I need it to complete the upgrade to 7.8
The system is currently running 7.2.08. We are migrating to a new server and upgrading CS, VMpro and 2 IP406V2's from 3.0 to 5
all other prereq's for upgrades have been verified but the CS upgrade is somewhat involved due to the change in sql providers.
Do I really need the .09 or can I just reinstall the 7.2.08 on new server, import database, copy calls directories and upgrade?
