have a customer with contactstore

we installed it several months ago and it had been working fine until recently it just stopped working

any common things that cause this?

Love IT.

I nearly came to blows once with an IT administrator who refused to believe that his mcafee security suite could stop the customers Voicemail from working (Vm pro). After about an hour of heated debate he disabled it to prove me wrong and in front of the customers MD bang Voicemail worked Did feel bad for him though but it did prove my point.

MCAfee blocks a lot.
It has a firewall too and you need to add the ports in there too even when you have add them in the OS firewall.
