I have Contact Store csipo-7_8sp1_16 installed, on windows server 2003
I can access recordings and play on windows 7 using IE 11 however if I try to save a recording to my local machine, it seems to go through the motions ( have done desktop and folder on desktop) and file is not visible. If i try to save again the file is visible in Contact Store (asks - do you want to replace). Have also tried to email but nothing comes on screen or appears in outlook (Drafts)
