Contact Store Download

I am looking for a copy / download of contact store. Any assistance would be appreciated.
Knowledge Base says - ContactStore for IP Office (referred to as ContactStore from now on) is provided with the Voicemail Pro software CD set - but I can't find on CD.

Found it in 8.1 list but when I try to download it comes up with:
If you were trying to access a download from

http://support.avaya.com

then this page is
displayed because you are not registered for PLDS and access to the download is controlled
by PLDS
I receive this message when I try to download anything
