Contact store - can not be set Call storage path

Hi all,

Has anyone had experience that can not be set up Call storage path? Customer has windows 2008 R2, CS7_8_16 and after installation if I click on the button "Edit" under (Call storage path) nothing happens. All other "Edit" buttons work, pop up blocker is off. Reinstall did not help. Any advice?
