Contact Store Call Type

Hello guys,
The challenge I am currently facing is that all calls being recorded in Contact Store are represented as Outgoing.
Incoming calls are also being recorded as Outgoing.
What could be causing this?

What versions are you running?

If your system is on R7 why run R9 of VM Pro? Keep VM pro on the same major release as your system.
 
I'm guessing that Contact Store is version 7.something but would be easier if we didn't need to guess.

IPO - ver 8.1
CS - ver 7.8
VmPro - 9.1
 
Get the releases stable. Quickest to downgrade vmpro. Back and also TAKE SCREENSHOTS of your call flows/ modules and settings.

Those are not the full software versions!

I am pretty sure that this is a bug that has already been fixed

get everything up to the latest main release
& get the VM Pro onto the correct version for the IP Office

& in future provide the full software version for everything on site (ie the latest V8.1 is V8.1.95)



Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear
