Contact Centre Management - Access on locked down PC

HI,

We are trying to get the Contact Centre Management section of Sympoweb working. Running into an issue that it works when logged in as an administrator and not as a standard user.

Might be something to do with access permissions or a file that Contact Centre is trying to write to?

Any ideas?
