Contact center express 3.0 on windows 7

all of a sudden the end user launches CCE DESKTOP 3.0 and they are getting “AS GUI HOST has stopped working”. any ideas?
CM5.1 CCE 3.0

We are having this issue as well. It is only a few machines though. Any help would be appreciated.

the cce 3.0 not supported on win 7 so I have to upgrade CCED /// good luck
