constant hard drive activity

Hi Everybody,

I am working on a Gateway computer with 376mb of ram. 40gb hard drive with 30gb of free space, This computer had multiple but all are resolved except one. Even in safe mode there is constant hard drive activity. Virus scan is clean and ad aware has already been run. Defrag has also been done.
Any help?

Problem resolved. It was GoBack causing all the hard drive activity.
