Hi there, I have a site running S8500 with some G700 gateways at remote sites. If a call is placed to the console, answered and then transferred instead of following coverage it will bounce back to the console. This is extremely random and I have not been able to reproduce it while onsite.
It is not able to be isolated to one remote site as it also seems to happen on some external calls. At first we assumed user error, but I can pretty much eliminate this.
At this point I am totally in the dark as to where I even begin to look at resolving this issue as without being able to reproduce it, it makes it quite difficult to trouble shoot.
If anyone has heard of this or experienced it I would be most appreciative of any tips on how to go about resolving it as the customer is starting to get quite irate about it.
