Currently, we are using Avaya's PCConsole software and I am looking at their eConsole to upgrade. I am not too impressed with the feature set that the upgrade offers and so I wondered what other people were using.
If you use something other that Avaya's console software with your PBX, please let me know a company name and URL if possible. We currently have 3 dediacted operators(2 others as needed) and receive around 15K calls a day.
I'm looking for(but not limited to) software that has strong search functionality, automatic updates(polls the PBXs) for the database and have it feed to all operators, and a database that resides on the network but has some type of contingency if the network drops(like updating a database on the local PC), etc.
