Console Question (No Ring)

I have a problem with the console where this happens like after the console working fine for a few days and sometimes for a week or so.

When a call comes in there is no ring, the receptionist can see there is a call coming in because she sees the line flashing on the console but there is no alert sound or ring.

I have fixed this issue in the past after disconnecting and reconnecting the console.

But this time I tried that but it did not work, wondering if there is anything else that I can do to fix this issue.

If you change this console with one that works, does the problem stay with the TNs or the console itself?

Has anyone adjusted the volume controls recently?

i've seen a console lose it "voice" but a hardware problem seldom get's better on a reset.. it's not software so like ww said. 2250 or tn's.. do you have power tn;s ?
