modify this to:
load conlog maximum=300 archive=yes save=conlog entire=yes
This will increase the size of the file to "300" bytes before archiving and creating a new file. It also "archives" the original file when the server is restarted so you don't lose the previous information. It will archive up to 1000 console logs and place them into your sys:etc directory. The "entire" setting will save all contents as the server is coming up in addition to anything that is typed in at the command prompt. The "save" setting just gives the file a name, and it will start out as conlog.000 conlog.001 etc..the newest one always having a higher number than the previous.
