Consecutive Numbering

I have a pre-printed form
need to place Consecutive Numbering on these forms
two up on 8.5 x 11
any sugjestions Greg

You could make a two pages to equal the final page size then use auto numbering on the each page. Making up a document with the correct number of pages.

Apple + 3 in the text box on the master page. If you can't fix it in 20 call someone who can.
