what is formula for page numbers you use on master page.
what if I have an "A" master page and a "B" master page.
Will that formula work. or can I use even, odd formula.
I have an A on right side, and B on left side.
thanks.

Hi Kentucky
I'm not sure what you want to do. But if you choose facing pages, when you do the A-Master it will be for be for the left and right pages. Same for the B-Master it will be for left and right pages.
The command is Command 3 to give you the automatic page number.
So when you add pages you can go under Page then Insert you can choose to insert one or more A-Master or B-Master pages after page #1 and put as many pages as you want of A or B-Master pages.
If you choose non-facing pages and want to make B-Master a left hand page and A-Master a right hand page you can do that as well. The automatic page numbers will work in either case.
Hope this helps
