Connection to Citrix Metaframe server Interrupted Error

There are about 25 users on our network logging into the LAN and then to Citrix. Only one user is experiencing the above error, 5-6 times/day.

User workstation is Win 98 2nd edn.with the latest ICA client - full PN 7.0.

Citrix Server is Metaframe XP 1.0 for Win Feature Release 2.

Where do I start to troubleshoot? The timeout for this user and all users is 1 day
