I use a 2609 with 8 Asynch cables to control the Routers and Switches in my lab. I have read some posts and articles regarding my issue, but haven't been able to solve it. Basically, when I switch between devices via an IP Host, I get "% Connection refused by remote host". I then have to clear the Asynch line (clear line 1) and try it again. It usually works, until I switch and then back to another device (Ctrl-Shift-6-x). Any ideas? I have played with the stop bits, time-out values, but I might be doing something wrong. The line info below was taken from my 2509. Thanks to all!
