Anyone know why this is happening? We currently use SQL2000 server BE and Access 97 FE via ODBC. I am frequently getting error connecting to the server. Error reading:

Microsoft SQL Server Login

Connection failed:
SQL State: 'HY000'
SQL Server Error: 0
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver]Cannot generate SSPI context.

Any help would be appreciated.

Have you changed the password for the account that the SQL Server runs under? If so change the password in the service control pannel on the server and restart the SQL Server.

If not, has the user that is getting this problem changed there password recently? If so have them log out, and log back in. That should clear the problem.

Let me know if it doesn't.

Denny,
Thanks for the tip, I'll try out your suggestion at work tomorrow. I have a gut feeling you are right on this one.
