I'm looking for a solution to connect to sites which are linked by a fiber connection. On each site i have a C-Class IP range. One has 192.168.1.X and the other has 192.168.2.x.
I need to ping a both way's devices. So a PC from the 192.168.1.x range should be able to ping a machine in the 192.168.2.x range, and the other way around.
Which device do i need from Cisco to make this possible.

As simple as this:
SiteA(192.168.1.x)<--CiscoRouter<--FiberDriver----FiberLine----Fiber Driver-->CiscoRouter-->SiteB(192.168.2.x).

You will only need FastEthernet Interface on both CiscoRouters.

Cisco 2611XM or 2811 should work great for you. Do you have any routers currently?
